As IONITY, we are in the process of transforming our business into an App-based business model. To support this development, we are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of our Mobile App.
Your primary focus will be the development of the IONITY App and their integration with back-end services. You will be part of a SCRUM Team alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
You will
- Design and build native Android applications
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Your profile
- You have been working in mobile development for years and already have experience
- You love Android, but can understand why iOS exists
- You have several years of experience in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- You have experience with asynchronous programming techniques such as coroutines and flows and write easily readable and maintainable code.
- Terms like REST, CI/CD and unit testing don't make you nervous
- You are a team player and a good working atmosphere is your top priority
- You enjoy coding and helping to design software architectures
