Your responsibilities:

  • Create and implement processes to extract, cleanse, and consolidate data from diverse sources ensuring it is ready for analysis. 
  • Analyze large and complex data sets to extract valuable insights that inform key business decisions and enhance overall strategy.
  • Present business recommendations derived from your analysis and effectively communicate findings in a clear and accessible way to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify upcoming analytical needs and translate them into actionable tracking requirements to support and optimize the company’s planning processes and commercial strategies.
  • Deliver data-driven dashboards while developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve business performance.
  • Uncover critical insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Apply advanced analytic methodologies, utilize visualization tools, support the creation of analysis, KPIs and dashboards or write customized reports.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
  • Strong expertise in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data lake architecture.
  • Experienced in Python, including hands-on experience with libraries such as pandas and numpy.
  • Knowledge in cloud platforms, ideally AWS, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Capable of converting complex business challenges into specific requirements, meaningful metrics, and actionable insights that lead to clear recommendations.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a strong data-driven mindset.
  • Passionate about data and analytics.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Valid German Work Permit is required.
