Your mission

Our Human Resources department is at the heart of ensuring smooth and efficient processes that support both our employees and the wider organization. We are looking for a meticulous and team-oriented Human Resources Specialist (part-time, f/m/x) to cover a parental leave on a fixed-term contract of 2 years. You will help manage key functions like payroll, data management, and employee support. As part of our team, you’ll play an integral role in keeping everything running seamlessly, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Payroll Partner: You’ll play a key role in overseeing and supporting the smooth and timely preparation of payroll processing, ensuring everything operates like clockwork.
  • Data Master: You will take charge of maintaining and updating employee master data in Personio, our HRIS system, ensuring every detail is accurate and up to date.
  • Time Captain: You’ll be responsible for managing and verifying work time accounts for assigned employee groups, ensuring precision and full compliance.
  • eAU Expert: Handling eAU certificates will be second nature to you, ensuring they are processed efficiently and correctly.
  • Work Certificate Specialist: Using the Hauffe Tool, you’ll expertly create professional work certificates that meet employee and company standards when needed.
  • HR Liaison: As the go-to contact for both our external payroll provider and employee inquiries, you’ll be the vital link that ensures seamless communication and smooth operations.
  • HR Multitasker: You’ll also tackle a variety of additional HR administrative tasks, helping keep the HR function organized, efficient, and effective.

Your profile

  • You have availability to work 24 hours a week.
  • You possess several years of professional experience in payroll accounting – a bonus, but not a must!
