Your mission

  • As a Market Intelligence Analyst at IONITY, you'll be responsible for building up and administrating the market database, researching and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the electric vehicle charging sector. 
  • Your work will involve gathering and synthesizing data from various sources to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and business development efforts. 
  • Additionally, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess market demand, and optimize marketing strategies to position the company competitively in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle ecosystem.
  • The Market Intelligence Analyst will report to the Head of Business Development & Market Intelligence 
Your profile

  • Degree of Business Administration or Business IT or Economics or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in relevant fields
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software packages like R or Python is essential. You should be able to manipulate large datasets, perform statistical analysis, and extract meaningful insights.
  • Research Skills: gather and analyze data from various sources including market reports, industry publications, competitor websites, and social media platforms.
  • Critical Thinking: The ability to think critically and evaluate information objectively is important. You'll need to assess the validity of data, identify patterns, and draw logical conclusions.
  • Market Knowledge (desired): An understanding of market dynamics in the Automotive Industry and / or the infrastructure / energy market, including trends, and industry-specific knowledge is beneficial
