Product Manager Offering & Pricing B2C (f/m/x) - Loyalty Programs

Your mission

Role Summary:

  • Part of the newly formed business unit B2C, reporting to the head of the BU
  • Act as the go-to person for B2C customer retention programs and campaigns
  • Support our ambitious growth plans in the B2C business by driving sales, profitability and customer loyalty 
Role Responsibilities:
  • Shape and further develop IONITY’s B2C offering
  • Develop attractive pricing proposition in a highly dynamic market environment
  • Define requirements for technical implementation and act as product manager in close interaction with other IONITY departments
  • Set-up and implement promotions and pricing actions with the goal to attract new customers and incentivize existing customers
  • Design, implement and manage IONITY’s B2C loyalty program, in close interaction with the offering & pricing team and the B2C marketing manager
  • Develop baseline strategy to increase customer retention and loyalty (incl. potential partnering options or collaboration potentials)
  • Identify and manage loyalty partners from (e-)mobility and energy business across Europe
  • Monitor customer acquisition rates, costs, churn and loyalty and adapt loyalty program, in close interaction with B2C marketing manager 

Your profile

  • BA in economics (or equivalent) | Desired: MBA, or Master of Arts in Economics, Management, Communication/PR, Marketing
  • Experience in product management for end customer products, preferably from (e-)mobility ecosystem
  • Expertise in deriving suitable B2C pricing strategies across several markets (based on previous experience on pricing (digital) services and/or energy products for end customers)
  • Experience in planning, developing and continuously improving end customer offerings & promotions (incl. packages, offers, actions, …)
  • Experience in managing customer loyalty programs 
  • Expertise on loyalty program ecosystems and experience in partner management to establish an attractive loyalty program 
  • Expertise in creating, managing and optimizing customer retention strategies/CRM-strategies (e.g., loyalty programs, referral programs, bonus programs, …)
  • Insights on economics of CRM strategies
  • Experience to derive KPIs to monitor success of CRM strategies 
  • Experience on approaches for competitive analysis 
  • Strong knowledge of EV charging market economics, especially in High-Power Charging Network Operation
  • Deep understanding of economics for digital products
  • Experience in automatization of pricing management
