Your Mission – Cultivate a Culture of Trust
- Architect of Compliance: Design, develop, and implement a robust compliance management system, establishing policies and procedures that solidify IONITY's commitment to ethical conduct as the foundation of our success.
- Navigate the Regulatory Landscape: Stay up-to-date on all applicable laws and regulations governing IONITY's operations, ensuring ongoing compliance with unwavering vigilance.
- Proactive Risk Management: Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance concerns, proactively safeguarding our company's reputation.
- Empower Through Education: Develop and deliver insightful training programs to educate and empower employees on compliance best practices, fostering a culture of shared responsibility.
- Maintain Vigilance: Monitor daily operations and report on adherence to compliance standards, ensuring IONITY remains a beacon of ethical conduct in our industry.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Legal, Finance, and HR, to build a collaborative compliance environment that supports our ambitious goals.
Your profile
- You possess a relevant degree (law, business administration, finance) and a strong foundation in legal and regulatory compliance, risk management, and business ethics, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the table.
- You have a minimum of five years of experience in compliance roles, ideally within an international company, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- You boast a deep understanding of the German/European regulatory environment, with a comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws and industry-specific compliance requirements, ensuring we remain ahead of the curve.
- Your track record speaks for itself – you've successfully implemented compliance programs, crafted policies, conducted risk assessments, and delivered impactful training, leaving a trail of success in your wake.
- You are an independent, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with a meticulous approach to your work, ensuring excellence in every task you undertake.
