- Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that aligns with IONITY’s brand positioning, marketing objectives, and target audiences across Europe.
- Website Management via Webflow: Own and manage the IONITY website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimised for engagement and conversion. Work with a top-notch agency on new features while having the expertise to make direct updates and improvements yourself.
- Content Creation & Editing: Produce high-quality, engaging, and informative content—including blog articles, newsletters, videos, and website content. Utilise AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance content impact.
- Visual Content Production: Work closely with the Brand & Design Manager to develop multimedia content, ensuring high-quality execution. While not a designer role, knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Express, Adobe Premiere, or similar is a plus.
- SEO & Performance Analytics: Apply SEO best practices to optimise content for visibility and search rankings. Track and analyse performance metrics, using insights to refine content strategies and boost engagement.
- Testing & Optimisation: Implement tests to refine content strategies quickly and improve performance based on data-driven insights.
- Editorial Calendar Management: Develop and oversee a structured editorial calendar to ensure consistent and timely content across multiple platforms, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content maintains IONITY’s tone of voice, adheres to brand guidelines, and reflects our values and mission.
- Innovation & Industry Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing advancements to keep IONITY at the forefront of content marketing innovation.
Your profile
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, ideally within the mobility, automotive, energy, or technology sectors.
- Content & Copywriting Expertise: Strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that engage and inform diverse audiences.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Webflow, SEO best practices, Braze CRM, and analytics tools. Basic skills with HTML and CSS are a plus.
- Photo & Video Editing: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Express, Adobe Premiere, Figma, or similar tools for refining visual content.
- Analytical & Strategic Mindset: Ability to leverage data and analytics tools to measure content performance and optimise strategies accordingly.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Native French is a significant plus, and additional European languages are a plus.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
