My IONITY Fleet Charging Card is lost or stolen? ​

Please inform your dedicated fleet operator to reach out to our support.

My IONITY Fleet Charging Card isn't working properly. What can I do?

Please call the service number displayed on the IONITY station.​

Can I use the IONITY App for charging?​

The IONITY App is helpful for navigating but the charging authorization must be processed with the IONITY Fleet Charging Card.

Where can I charge my EV fleet?

You'll find IONITY stations to charge your EV fleet in 23 European countries. Portugal is currently not available.

Will I receive a monthly invoice?

Yes, all charging sessions per country and the access fee (IONITY Fleet Charging Card fee) will be invoiced once per month to your dedicated fleet operator.

Will I know who charged when or where? ​

We do respect GDPR and do not link any personal data with our IONITY Fleet Charging Cards. However, the monthly invoice with charging sessions will list the card’s UID numbers that have been used for authorization. So, the fleet operator has an option to check the usage.
