Your mission

Our Controlling Department plays a pivotal role in driving financial transparency and supporting informed decision-making across the organization. As a Controlling Manager (f/m/x), you will take ownership of the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts, ensuring that financial objectives are met while optimizing costs across various departments. 

Your responsibilities
  • Ownership of the yearly budget and quarterly forecast process.
  • Preparation of presentation decks for external and internal stakeholders. 
  • Preparation, controlling and analysis of expenses and cost optimization for various departments.
  • Project work incl. involvement in Business Case assessments.
  • Coordinating month-end close activities and supporting with accrual calculations & reconciliations.
  • Controlling for our site locations (purchase request approvals, asset booking checks). 
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes.
  • Contribution to the Financial Process Documentation.
  • Ad-hoc analysis and ad-hoc tasks.

Your profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • Previous work experience in Controlling for a min. of 5 years.
  • Fluent in English; German will be strongly appreciated.
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • Think-cell, Power Bi or Lucanet are a considerable advantage.
  • Work experience with SAP (Hana) and ideally SAP project controlling.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skill set & independent work style.
  • Proactive, motivated with good commercial understanding.
