Operations Specialist EV High Power Charging Network (f,m,x)

Your mission

  • You are responsible for the operation of our Europe-wide fast-charging network, ensuring that we minimize the downtime of our fast-charging stations
  • Ensuring operation, troubleshooting through the virtual monitoring of our charging network in Europe
  • Maintain, optimize and further develop our network monitoring and performance management
  • Proactive support while using our monitoring systems
  • Reports and evaluation of tickets from our ticket system
  • Qualification of tickets created and received directly via the ticket system with regard to disruption, urgency and responsibility
  • Coordination and implementation of organizational and technical measures to ensure service availability
  • Solving technical problems in first-level support or classifying inquiries for second-level support
  • Support of the rollout team in the commissioning of charging parks and introduction of new releases
Your profile

  • Completed education in the field of IT / telecommunications automotive / power engineering / commercial or similar and first professional experience, alternatively graduated from University
  • Strong IT User Skills and good technical understanding
  • very good team and communication skills
  • Above-average service orientation and competent appearance
  • Flexibility in working times due to support needs (no shift work)
  • Good team spirit – all across Europe
  • Analytical thinking combined with independent, responsible and structured way of working
  • Very good English Language skills, Eastern European and/or Spanish is a plus
  • Start up mentality and strong interest in e-mobility
