Procurement Manager - EV Charging Station Hardware (f,m,x)

Your mission

  • Negotiate and execute highly demanding contracts with suppliers in collaboration with different departments
  • Support the development, implementation and execution of Hardware Category Strategy functions
  • Monitor the supply market using benchmarks and category indices
  • Manage contract items and monitor contract metrics to develop corrective actions
  • Coordinate identified improvement opportunities and risk-mitigation strategies in order to develop action plans
  • Develop and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships with business partners while evaluating and improving suppliers’ performance KPIs  
  • Networking with all departments to ensure early involvement of procurement and alignment with different stakeholders
  • Develop and implement cross functional procurement tasks such as: procurement processes & tools, contract management, savings plans & efficiency measurement
  • Operational procurement - process procurement requests into purchase orders
Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, supply chain, engineering or comparable background 
  • 7+ years’ experience in strategic and operational procurement, ideally in Hardware, Electronics, Automotive
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Strong target orientation
  • Detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced MS office skills
