    Your mission

    We are currently looking for a Digital Interface & Partner Manager who will help us to further shape and develop the digital connection set-up and framework for our IONITY Charging Service and B2B Partners throughout Europe.
    In this E2E Owner role you will be reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Partner Management and be the central go-to-person on business side for digital IONITY B2B partner connection interfaces. This will include both, the management and optimization of existing digital partner connection interfaces, as well as the conception and development of new/additional digital partner connection frameworks.
    You will be furthermore the first contact for our external B2B Platform Partners and also support the Sales Team in their daily B2B Partner Onboarding and Management Processes.

    • Coordinate the set-up and development of a new digital Partner Connection Framework and standards (technical/commercial/legal) for our B2B customers and partners
    • E2E Project Coordination & Steering: Conceptual design and planning, including cross-function requirement alignment regarding the project plan, timing & dependencies, business case & cost control, etc.
    • Stakeholder Management: Coordination of and alignment with other IONITY departments and functions during 360° Partner Connection Framework implementation and market introduction/rollout (IT, Legal, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, etc.)
    • Partner Interface Operations: cross-functional coordination during financial and commercial, as well as technical issue handling and resolution
    • Scaling: further development & optimization of digital partner interface
    • Partner Management (B2B Platforms/Roaming Hubs): Contract update and change management, running business operations support (technical & invoicing issues management), Offer & pricing change management + coordination steering
    • B2B Platform connection maintenance and optimization: new feature & function alignment, development and implementation, define and align extended/new flexibilities for IONITY together with B2B Platform partners

    Your profile

    • Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Management or Economics or a related subject
    • 3-5 years working experience in a consulting, Business Development, Digital Product Management role with a proven track record in Digital Service and/or (Partner) IT Connection Management
    • High Interest in E-mobility, specific e-Mobility experience and/or MSP-CPO Connection ecosystem knowledge is a plus
    • Ability to manage and steer IT related projects or digitalization projects and implementation afterwards with external partners, contract negotiations is a plus
    • Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to focus in a fast-paced environment
    • Team Player with very good communication skills to interact with all company areas and cross-functionally
    • Yet confident and capable to work independently and highly self-responsible
    • Experienced and highly professional in working with external business customers and partners
    • business fluent English (written and oral), German is a plus
