    Internship, Part-time, Germany Munich - Home Office Option

    Your mission

    Support the customer service team with various tasks in areas, such as:

    • improving the customer experience
    • identifying process enhancement opportunities  
    • preparing support articles for the customer service   
    • reviewing existing and creating new online support material  
    • drafting operational reports and preparing voice of the customer overviews    
    • creating & tracking project plans

    The working student shall also be able to take ownership of smaller projects with the aim to optimize processes and improve the customer experience.

    Your profile

    • Currently studying towards a university degree in business management, economics, languages or similar    
    • Excellent communication skills    
    • Fluency in English/German is required  
    • Strong analytical thinking and customer focus  
    • Experience in e-mobility and charging of electric vehicles is desirable  
    • Knowledge of Customer Service processes and tools is desirable  
    • Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude  
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
