    Your mission

    • Support with evaluation and distribution of incident tickets from charging events
    • Follow Up on issue resolution and quality data gathering
    • Knowledge and resolution documentation
    • Process Tracking, analysis & monitoring of back end data
    • communication to Field Service Teams and other internal contacts

    Your profile

    • Enrolled student in Technical or Business Administration studies
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills incl.  Excel 
    • English knowledge on a conversational level
    • very good communication skills
    • Strong Customer Service Orientation
    • appr. 3-6 month availability part time 20h/week
