    Your mission

    • Support in HR Administration topics and Fleet Management for Europe
    • Preparation of monthly payroll in close cooperation with external payroll provider
    • Dealing with related queries, further develop payroll support in related European countries
    • Provide day to day HR support regarding HR administration and activities
    • Maintain HR data, i.e. in the tool “Personio”, run reports and statistics, further develop HR admin processes and documentation for managers and employees
    • Taking on related new tasks as required by business priorities
    • Key Contact Person for Mobility and Fleet Management for the entire electrified vehicle fleet in Europe (app. 20 cars); related project work and implementation of new vehicle user profiles according to business requirements

    Your profile

    • Successfully completed vocational business training or studies in business administration
    • some years of work experience in HR administration with use of digital HR systems
    • Team player with strong customer orientation and analytical mind-set
    • Capability to work within a remote and international environment
    • Capability and flexibility to adapt yourself into fast moving business requirements
    • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
    • Excellent knowledge and skills of MS-Office 
    • Excellent verbal and written skills of German and English
    • Capture insights from the queries you resolve and use them to contribute to further develop HR processes
    • Interest to learn about e-mobility
    • Start Up and hands on mentality
